What we hold to
Every member has built, scaled or rescued something real. Advice comes from operating scars, not frameworks.
We take no cash. Compensation is a single success-triggered warrant granted to the collective, so we win only if the company does.
A founder hears what they need to hear within three business days, even when the answer is no.
Advisers are nominated, referenced, tested live and admitted only by unanimous decision.
The journey
Every company and every adviser enters through a member who knows the work.
Completeness in five days, structured review inside thirty, decision recorded in writing.
A Manager plus two to four advisers matched to the capability the company actually needs.
A small number of outcomes both sides can point at in ninety days and agree whether they happened.
