For advisers

A small number of companies, properly served

Core Advisers are operators. Each is nominated by an existing member, referenced directly, and tested in a live mock founder session before any decision is taken. Admission is unanimous or it does not happen.

What we ask

  • One or two capability areas you can genuinely cover, with evidence.
  • Doors you can open, named honestly.
  • A response inside three business days, even if it is a no.
  • Willingness to act as Manager for at least one company.
  • Full conflict disclosure and written employer clearance where it applies.

What you get

  • A peer group of operators you would call before a hard decision.
  • Participation points in the collective, aligned to contribution.
  • Non-voting membership of the SPV that holds the warrants.
  • Work that is scoped, measured in ninety-day cycles, and finished.
  • No cash from any company, and no payment for steering anyone anywhere.

Eligibility

Graduation from the Stanford Executive Program, a nomination from a Core Adviser, demonstrable operating or investing experience with early and growth-stage technology companies, and the capacity to serve at least one company properly.
